Frequently asked questions.
Do I need a credit card for the 3-day trial?
No. You can download Voltex and use the full version for 3 days without entering any payment details. Only when you decide to keep using it, you can subscribe via Paddle.
How are payments processed?
All payments, invoicing and taxes are handled by Paddle as our Merchant of Record. We never see or store your card or bank details.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. You can cancel anytime via the “Manage subscription” link in your Paddle receipt email or by contacting our support. Your license remains valid until the end of the paid period.
How does the license work?
Voltex uses an email-based license. When you purchase via Paddle, your license is linked to the email address used at checkout. The app checks this email (and active status) against our license database.
Does Voltex make permanent changes to my system?
No. Voltex is built around session-based tweaks and can restore your previous state. Features like power plans, services and background apps are all reversible.
Is it safe with anti-cheat?
Voltex works at OS level only: no game injections, no kernel drivers, no direct modification of game files. It also detects common anti-cheat environments and avoids risky tweaks automatically.
